**Purpose:** Tells AI crawlers (Perplexity, SearchGPT, Claude, Mistral, others) where T.Byrd's canonical content lives and what facts about the brand are authoritative. Lets AI engines cite the brand correctly when summarizing or recommending HVAC services.
**Deployment timing:** Per Build Plan Section 6, this lands in Week 4 alongside Rank Math configuration, AI-content-summary meta tags, and the internal linking pass. Under the expedited schedule, the file can ship anytime after the canonical URLs and content are live.

## What's intentionally NOT in this file

- **The 760 programmatic [service × location] URLs are NOT enumerated.** They're discovered via the XML sitemap, which is the right channel for the long-tail set. Listing them in llms.txt would make the file unwieldy and shift focus away from the canonical content.
