Membership is free for life once verified. Each HVAC system has its own membership, so a home with two systems has two.

What it means: There is no paid tier waiting at the end of a free year, because there is no year. Tell us in the form if your home has more than one system and we will set both up.

What's the difference between Tru Comfort and Mission Ready Plan?

Mission Ready Plan members get every Tru Comfort benefit, free, plus two Mission Ready extras only first responders, teachers, and military qualify for: a $39 service-call fee (vs $72 standard) and an additional 5% off all work.

Who qualifies for Mission Ready Plan?

Active or retired first responders (fire, EMS, law enforcement), teachers (K–12 and post-secondary), and military members (active duty, reserve, National Guard, retired, veterans). Apply with verification of status, an employer letter, ID badge, or DD-214 works.

What's included in the maintenance visits?

Two seasonal tune-ups a year, one pre-summer for the A/C, one pre-winter for the heating side. Each visit is a 30-point inspection, chemical coil cleaning, condensate drain flush, ductwork evaluation, and an indoor air quality check.

Does the plan cover all my HVAC systems?

Each system has its own membership. A home with two HVAC systems would have two. Tell us in the application and we will set both up.

What if I don't qualify?

The standard Tru Comfort plan carries the same two seasonal tune-ups and the same member benefits at $14.99 a month or $180 a year, per system.
