Maintenance, not insurance

Tru Comfort covers the two seasonal tune-ups and takes 10% off any repair. If a major component does fail, the repair itself is billed, with your member discount applied.

Membership is priced per system, so a home with two HVAC systems carries two memberships at twice the per-system price — please pick the right quantity at checkout. Cancel anytime through your account or by calling (980) 385-7599. Prepay the year and cancel, and the unused portion isn't refunded, but you keep member benefits through the paid period. That is the whole of the fine print.

What's included in the maintenance visits?

Two seasonal tune-ups a year, one pre-summer for the A/C, one pre-winter for the heating side. Each visit is a 30-point inspection, chemical coil cleaning, condensate drain flush, ductwork evaluation, and an indoor air quality check.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term commitment. Cancel through your account or by calling the office. If you've prepaid the year, the unused portion isn't refunded but you keep member benefits through the paid period.

What's the difference between Tru Comfort and Mission Ready Plan?

Mission Ready Plan members get every Tru Comfort benefit, free, plus two Mission Ready extras only first responders, teachers, and military qualify for: a $39 service-call fee (vs $72 standard) and an additional 5% off all work.

Who qualifies for Mission Ready Plan?

Active or retired first responders (fire, EMS, law enforcement), teachers (K-12 and post-secondary), and military members (active duty, reserve, National Guard, retired, veterans). Apply with verification of status, an employer letter, ID badge, or DD-214 works.

Does the plan cover all my HVAC systems?

Each system has its own membership. A home with two HVAC systems would carry two memberships, at twice the per-system price. Multiple-system households are welcome at checkout; the signup page handles it cleanly.

What if I sell the house?
